Bull’s eye biscuits are a classic of Sicilian pastry making, they are prepared by hand by overlapping two discs of shortcrust pastry, and then filled with apricot jam, hazelnut cream or pistachio cream. Perfect for breakfast in the morning or to accompany an afternoon tea.

Flour, lard, sugar, water, eggs, honey, ammonium bicarbonate, orange and lemon zest.
