Cantucci, also known by the original name of “Prato biscuits”, are among the most loved and well-known biscuits in the world: sweet almond loaves cooked in the oven whole, then cut and biscuits until they become crunchy and a beautiful golden hazelnut colour. The cantucci are ideal to enjoy at the end of a meal, accompanied with vin santo or a good passito wine.
